The training given by Sean was very informative. It was interactive and kept us engaged. It was a good pace and he made sure that we understood what he had explained before moving on to the next part. It was really interesting hear the statistics of some topics, giving more awareness of situations that may arise.

Really comprehensive training from Sean at First Stop. Myself and my colleague attended the full-day Emergency First Aid for Work course and felt it was really beneficial for our work with local community groups. I especially enjoyed the practical elements, quizzes and games which made it fun and engaging. It was a lot of information to take in in the 6 hours, but was definitely worthwhile

Training was very well delivered and was fun and serious at the same time , Robyn was very approachable and understanding when I couldnt join the team on certain tasks , the questionnaire was fun answering the question on take on the family fortune game show and Ribyn was a great trainer.

The training course was well organised, Robyn made it fun but also stressed the importance of the course and why the training is beneficial in both working and every day life.Really enjoyed the Family Fortunes game & learned a lot from that. Would highly recommend.

I have been on many in-house courses over the years and none compare to the one we had with Sean! He managed to make something that’s usually quite daunting into something fun and super interactive. So much information and useful facts given, much more than any other First Aid course I’ve been on. about Definite 5 star⭐️

This is my 2nd experience of this training provider. I work with teenage parents and this information is important for them and ALL parents and carers. It was delivered in an appropriate style. I.e. not too full of jargon, easy to digest and understand. I love that it is run by a family team! Both facilitators were lovely. I just wish this was something that was included in the school curriculum.Well done guys! Keep up the good work👍🏼

Very informative and well paced! The session was interesting, and had enough participation to keep me and my team engaged with the presentation. The use of statistics throughout the presentation was also very eye opening, and enabled me to put these scenarios into perspective.The session was also efficiently and appropriately updated from the previous session I had with Sean, with new and up to date procedures, techniques, and advice. As the last time, today’s session was extremely well presented, and I have come away feeling even more confident in my abilities as a first aider. Thank you to Sean and his team for another great course!

Had sean today in Kilmarnock. Great informative training provided. Was nervous before starting but now feel confident to perform first aid to anyone. Learned loads I didn’t know before and definitely a good life skill to learn regardless of work etc. Thanks again 🙂

I recently took a paediatric first aid course and it was absolutely fantastic! Robyn was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the content easy to understand. Everything was covered from CPR to choking to common childhood injuries. I feel so much more confident now in my ability to handle an emergency situation with children. I highly recommend it! 👍🏼

Massively useful course taken with first stop safety training, we completed the baby and child first aid course and can’t say enough about how useful it was! Being first time parents we are understandably nervous about the prospect of any emergencies but this course gave us reassurance and peace of mind. Sean was a fantastic trainer. The 2 hour course went by quickly thanks to his fun and engaging teaching style, highly recommend!

We had Angie (Andrea) for first aid training at the Mercure Livingston Hotel on the 16-17th Jan 2024. She was absolutely fantastic and could not recommend someone more engaging and enthusiastic for the role of training others. I feel so much more knowledgeable in my own role at the hotel now incase of emergencies now, Thank you so much Angie!
