1. Booking and Payments
- Course reservation: To reserve your place on a course, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or you can buy ticket on our website
- Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is successfully processed. Please check your confirmation for accuracy.
2. Course Fees and Refunds
- Course Fees: All course fees are listed at the time of booking.
- Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds for bookings. However, if you need to change your plans, we can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Please reach out to us in advance for assistance with rescheduling. In cases of emergency or illness, at our discretion, we may offer rescheduling options.
3. Course Cancellations or Changes
- Provider Cancellations: In the event that we need to cancel a course, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date.
- Changes to Course Content: We reserve the right to make changes to course content or instructors in response to unforeseen circumstances. However, the course content will remain aligned with the stated objectives.
4. Attendance and Punctuality
- Course Duration: The course runs for the duration outlined in the course description (e.g., 6.5 hours).
- Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the course start time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the session if the course has already commenced, and no refund will be provided.
- Completion Requirement: In order to receive certification, participants must complete all course components and demonstrate adequate competency during practical assessments.
5. Health and Safety
- Pre-existing Conditions: By booking a course, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate. If you have any pre-existing conditions or disabilities that may impact your ability to participate, please notify us in advance so that we can accommodate you where possible.
- Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency during the course, emergency services will be contacted immediately.
6. Liability
- Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own actions during the course. We will provide all necessary training and supervision, but we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages sustained by participants during the course.
- Indemnity: By booking a course, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the training provider and its instructors from any claim, damage, or liability arising out of the course participation.
7. Data Protection
- Personal Data: By booking a course, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as necessary for course administration. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
8. Certificates
We reserve the right not to issue certificates where payment remains unpaid. Requests for copy certificates are subject to an administration fee of £10 each.
Additional Information:
Please advise your candidates to wear suitable clothing for the course. It would also be appreciated if no lipstick is worn as this stains the manikins.
